Our process of 5 steps
Step 1: Detailed project discussion
We are gathering more information about the project and investigating in very detail what the project is.
For example, we are checking website, which needs to be automated, in terms of security, restrictions.
Timeline: 1-2 days
Step 2: Evaluation and estimation project. Sharing estimation.
After step 1 completed, we are investigating project even deeper.
Together with the customer we specify also:
- what needs to be extracted
- how frequently solution needs to be executed
- which input
- which output (csv, excel, google sheet etc)
- Do customer need server for deployment ot not
As a result we are building understanding of the project at this point.
We also identify risks.
We are specifying:
- price
- timeline (project could be started in the future)
- quality
- support
- risks
Result on that step is plan and estimation, which is sharing with the customer.
Timeline: 1-2 days.
Step 3. Receive offer and clarification technical description. Accept offer.
We negotiate the proposal.
Based on the offer we are preparing project documentation. It is a separate document, where specified initial description of the project, details, specification of the host for deployment and all known for the current moment question.
This documentation is also sharing with customers.
As soon as we agree on project documentation, we accept the offer.
Timeline: 1-2 days.
Step 4. Development and testing.
We develop solution based on project description.
We are always targeted to be on track with an agreed timeline. We also expect that customer is sharing information, required for the project (for example, answering on questions, sharing host for deployment etc.)
Also we create a chat in the telegram, so customers could talk to developers and vice versa.
Timeline: depends on the project
Step 5: Deployment and handover, close the contract.
As soon as the project is completed, we are deploying the script to the specified host and it could be tested. At this step all questions considered and matching with the project documentation, created on step 3.
At this point we also could consider development of additional feature, if required.
In case the customer does not have any additional requests, we are officially close the contract and we are happy in case customer.could share feedback for our work.
